Key Responsibilities:Lead the execution of our comprehensive analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching goals and objectives.
Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover business opportunities and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Design, build, and maintain analytics infrastructure—including data warehouses, BI tools, and analytics platforms—to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics initiatives.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance and future-proof our analytics capabilities.
Develop and manage cloud-based analytics infrastructure to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from a variety of sources.
Build automation pipelines for streamlined deployment, testing, and maintenance of analytics systems.
Create and manage ETL processes to support data monetization, modeling, mining, and dashboard development.
Oversee data ingestion, matching, and orchestration to strengthen campaign effectiveness and analytical depth.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Continuously adapt to evolving business requirements and technological advancements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with version control systems, modern CI/CD practices, testing, and migration tools for databases and software
Familiarity with design and implementation of data pipelines to move, transform, and load data from source systems to data warehouses
Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and making decisions when there isn’t enough information
Having a growth mindset with a desire to learn, stretch, and help others advance in their careers with you
Ownership and accountability in all your work and an ability to deliver on-time to business stakeholders
A self-starter with a sense of curiosity to ask questions and find novel solutions to problems
Helping to develop a collaborate and inclusive team culture where everyone can do their best work
BS or MS degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field OR equivalent years of work experience
5+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibility
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), and big data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark)
Extensive with data engineering, Data Integration and data warehousing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of data quality, data governance, and data security best practices
Entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and a fluency in English (both verbal and written)
