Descrição:
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage communications efficiently, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding support
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required
- Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO exp in any international voice account
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, strong interpersonal and people skills, excellent customer service abilities, fluent in English, effective problem-solving skills, and adept in scheduling
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential for shift work, and requires flexibility
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, organized, team-oriented, and a strong communicator
