QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management or any-related courses
  • With at least two (2) years of related work experience
  • Experience in real estate industry is an advantage
  •  Knowledgeable in MS Office

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares Statement of Accounts
  • Prepares notices and collection letters
  • Analyzes ledgers of buyers
  • Posts and encodes transaction entries
  • Conducts collection and remediation efforts of default accounts
