Requisito

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, strong compensation analysis, attention to detail, effective communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage compensation structures, develop benefits programs, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours, possible remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
