1. With construction management experience preferably mall fitout and standalone experience

2. With QA/QC experience would be a plus

3. Attention to detail

4. Ability to manage multiple projects

5. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

6. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

7. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

8. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

9. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

10. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
    
    

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/RLA)

• Has at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Possess skills in modeling using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other render technology

• With honest and discreet attitude when dealing with work

• Must be able to balance technical skills and creative aptitude in a fast-paced environment.
