About the role



We're looking for a talented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at Business Trends Philippines' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, offering a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with relevant experience to kick-start their career in Human Resource, Admin or marketing communications. As an Admin Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales engagement activities and training helping to drive our business forward.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of sales-focused marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support the creation of engaging marketing content such as presentations, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and develop effective marketing strategies to support their goals
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform our marketing efforts
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing project timelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies to help us continuously improve our approach

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Business Course, Psychology, HRDM, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive, dynamic work environment
  • A keen interest in the latest marketing trends and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills
