• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries and materials.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch goods according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and support regular inventory counts.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and organization of materials in designated storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired items promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in implementing warehouse policies, safety guidelines, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, vocational course, or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures, documentation, and safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to lift or move items as required.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
• Forklift operation certification is an advantage.
