Interacts with customers and acts as a role model to the cashiers in providing a positive customer experience. Ensures and maintains a positive work environment for all cashiers.
Maintains schedule for cashiers and ensures coverage for all shifts.
Operates registers and performs general checkout functions when the cashier is not available.
Trains newly hired cashiers on cashiering procedures and company policies.
Responsible of getting new product information and training paperwork to cashiers; orients cashiers on new products.

Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management or in similar field.
At least 1 year supervisory experience preferably in the same industry.
