Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator - Dental Software Projects to support the Onboarding Manager in ensuring a smooth transition for dental practices adopting our software. The role involves coordinating project tasks, assisting clients with setup, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams to keep onboarding projects well-organized, on time, and successful.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate onboarding tasks from registration to go-live
• Maintain trackers, timelines, and project documentation
• Assist clients with setup, scheduling, and onboarding requirements
• Support training sessions and share onboarding resources
• Track onboarding progress, report KPIs, and update dashboards
• Collaborate with internal teams (data migration, training, support) to resolve issues

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects
• Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
• Basic technical literacy with software systems (dental/medical software a plus)
• Background in dentistry and experience with Xero accounting software preferred

• Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 Php
• Work Set up: Remote
• Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM Sydney Australian timezone
