This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system efficiency, and assisting with IT-related projects.


  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Assist with software updates, system maintenance, and backups.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improvements.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting IT systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent.
