Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the spare parts warehouse or storage area
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure sufficient availability of critical spare parts
Implement inventory management procedures, including proper labeling, storage, and issuance of spare parts
Prepare and maintain records of stock movements, receipts, and withdrawals
Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies between systems and physical counts
Coordinate with purchasing for parts replenishment and ensure timely procurement
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity in the inventory management system
Ensure compliance with company safety and housekeeping standards in the storage area
evaluate parts usage trends and recommend improvements in inventory management practices
Lead and train subordinates to improve efficiency and accuracy in spare parts handling
