岗位职责：

1. 主导线上线下活动、广告宣传、社交媒体营销等，以提高公司产品在海外市场的曝光度和影响力。策划并主导营销物料产出，同时支持线下推进，包括但不限于大型展会、发布会等活动
2. 协调市场营销活动： 协调公司内部资源和外部合作伙伴，组织和实施海外市场的营销活动，包括展览、会议、研讨会等，以拓展海外市场业务
3. 运用Facebook， Youtube， Twitter, Instagram、TIKTOK等社交网站，紧跟热点，邀请KOL进行产品推广，分享产品链接，提高平台流量，并跟进核心媒体及KOL
4. 拓展社群网络或粉丝团间的资源等合作，利用粉丝群体加强品牌知名度，增加用户粘度；
5. 官方社交媒体运营，输出官方渠道展示内容，包括但不限于文章、主题活动等形式

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead online and offline activities, advertising campaigns, and social media marketing to enhance the exposure and influence of the company's products in overseas markets. Plan and oversee the production of marketing materials, while supporting offline promotions, including but not limited to large-scale exhibitions, product launches, and other events.
2. Coordinate marketing activities: Organize and implement marketing campaigns in overseas markets by coordinating internal resources and external partners, including exhibitions, conferences, seminars, etc., to expand overseas business.
3. Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to stay on top of trends, collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for product promotion, share product links, increase platform traffic, and follow up with core media and KOLs.
4. Expand community networks or fan group resources, leveraging fan communities to strengthen brand awareness and increase user engagement.
5. Manage official social media accounts, creating and publishing content for official channels, including but not limited to articles, themed activities, and other forms of content.

任职要求：

1. 市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历，1年及以上面向北美市场的整合营销经验，熟悉北美市场，北美留学或工作经验为加分项，有交易所或crypto项目工作经验优先
2. 英语能力： 口语流利，熟练使用英语进行工作
3. 具备较强的市场策划和执行能力，能够制定有效的市场营销策略和推广方案，并能够有效执行和监督营销活动的实施
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能够熟练运用Excel、SPSS等数据分析工具，对市场数据进行深入分析，并提出有效的营销建议
5. 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够有效协调内部各部门和外部合作伙伴，推动项目顺利进行。有能力在多任务、跨职能和高度活跃的环境中工作

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, with at least 1 year of integrated marketing experience targeting the North American market. Familiarity with the North American market is essential, and studying or working experience in North America is a plus. Experience in exchanges or crypto projects is preferred.
2. English proficiency: Fluent spoken English and the ability to use English proficiently in the workplace.
3. Strong market planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional plans, and to effectively execute and monitor the implementation of marketing activities.
4. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, with proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel and SPSS to conduct in-depth analysis of market data and provide effective marketing recommendations.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal departments and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of projects. Capable of working in a multitasking, cross-functional, and highly dynamic environment.
