- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; adept at handling personnel and fostering teamwork.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment; may require lifting and extended periods of standing.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of motivating a team to meet operational goals.
