OSNET Moderator for Awesome CX by Transcom- Davao

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team!

Be a OSNET Moderator for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will focus on coordinating with several departments including HR, Web Development, Billing, and more.


Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a OSNET Moderator


Specific duties include but is not limited to:

  • Verify and investigate the employee’s time log. This includes checking system logs and proof of attendance
  • Prepare Incident Report related to leaves and time log concern. Submit them to Employee, Manager/TL and HR
  • Coordinate with HR regarding pay dispute for leave(s)
  • Edit time logs based on the number of minutes or hours of tardiness, undertime, overbreak or lost hours
  • Void time log(s) or mark the agent absent upon the TL/Manager’s request 
  • Plot client-initiated paid off or ACX paid to employees’ calendar logs
  • Approve overtime only after confirming that it has been approved by the manager or client
  • Follow up on pending overtime, time logs, IRs before the set deadline. 
  • Check absences and LOAs and verify with HR or the Manager/TL regarding the employee's status. If confirmed as AWOL or NCNS, send a payroll request to hold pay
  • Report any system issues encountered to the Dev Team
  • Monthly updating and monitoring of leave credits for all employees
  • Update the Return to Office (RTO) and Work at Home (WAH) tracker shared with IT Team
  • Update employee address, contact number or civil status to EDM systems
  • Assist in facilitating trainings and explaining the Timekeeping guidelines to employees. 
  • Update the system whenever there is an inactive employee and notify Payroll Team to save the pay slip once the time log has been verified. 
  • Deactivate the employee profile once HR submits the list of names for deactivation. 

Requisito

  • Basic accounting and time keeping tasks or experience
  • Basic knowledge in Excel and Google sheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Tech Savvy 
  • Well organized and detailed person
  • Must have a strong sense of teamwork
  • Can handle stress 
  • Can work night shifts, rotating schedules, holidays, and weekends if necessary
  • Can work with minimal supervision
