Descripción
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and promote products and services effectively.
- Maintain records of communication and client interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
- Provide feedback on customer responses to improve strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team for lead generation.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or communications is a plus.
- Experience Level: Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Working Conditions: Mostly office-based; may involve evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Resilience, motivation, and a customer-centric attitude.
