DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain business processes and workflow processes.
• Produce high-quality and concise requirement and design documents that reflects business requirements and can be understood by stakeholders.
• Analyze issues and concerns and be able to provide root causes, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Identify improvement points to apply on existing work process for it to be more effective and cost-efficient.
• Perform UAT activities for any fixes or updates on the system.
• Perform other activities that may be assigned to him to support the activities of IT.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

• College graduate of any related course (Industrial Engineer, Information Technology Accounting Technology, or similar)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Process oriented and strong documentation/diagramming skills
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements
• Above average knowledge in Microsoft applications
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology is an advantage
• Experience in project management is an advantage
