• Provide day-to-day operational support for Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC environments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficiency and reliability of the VDI environment.
• Manage user access to the Azure and Windows 365 environments, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
• Monitor costs incurred through the use of Azure and Windows 365 resources, optimizing for cost-efficiency.
• Experienced Systems Administrator with a focus on Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC.
• Experience with Nasuni file services and Azure storage solutions, including Blob Storage and Azure Files.
• With relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Virtual Desktop Specialty, or similar is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or any related field.
