QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration, Accountancy or any related courses.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have a background in using SAP.
  • With experience in processing of importation documents is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Timely coordination with the Broker for timely tax payments (initial and final tax).
  • Prepare reports for DOE compliance and BIR.
  • Prepares payment to supplier and ensures that all payables are paid on time.
  • Ensures that purchase of cheapest biofuels.
  • Optimize savings on freight and other items.
  • Ensures that all permits needed before the import vessel arrival are all available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
