Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House store operations.
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Manage inventory and control costs effectively.
Implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
Train and develop staff to maintain service standards.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, inventory management, teamwork, attention to detail, and customer management.
