The Store Manager at Platinum Karaoke is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining store standards. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can lead a team, manage inventory, and align store goals with the company’s brand and values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail or store management
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills
• Strong background in customer service and excellent communication abilities
• Hands-on experience in sales and inventory management
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of POS systems
• A passion for music, entertainment, or technology is an advantage
• Basic familiarity with karaoke systems and audio equipment is preferred
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Must be open to assignment in Quiapo, Manila City
