PROJECT SCOPE

Job Title:     Pre-Onboarding – Temp

  1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors the emails inflow of E1 ID and Rehire Mailbox

  • Assists in ID creation of Employee that is not in the system and for any technical issues/ error in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for manual creation.

  • Coordinates with Background Check (BGC) Team that requires manual BGC invite link.

  • Ensures accuracy of identification documents includes validity of passport, proof of residency and permits.

  • Ensure all necessary approval for E1 ID creation such as: RM/GS/Visa/Rehire

  • Notifies team for rejected Personal Data Form (PDF) and how to complete to proceed for ID creation.

  • Monitor and consolidate RPA reports and advise the team on PDFs that fall under Incomplete and Business Exemption.

  • Performs other duties as required. This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their leader or management.

  1. Project Duration:

  • Project-based employment can be pre-terminated upon completion of the project or for a period of six (6) months and a maximum of eleven (11) months, whichever comes earlier.
