Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration Finance, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.

• With more than 5 years experience in Business Development and Sales Management for Automotive After Sales, Autocare services and other related industries.

• Preferably with hands-on experience in handling retail gas stations/automotive business. 

• Must know how to drive with valid driver’s license.

• Willing to do field work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Franchise Program Development & Implementation

• Develop, launch, and manage a franchise package for car wash and service bay operations, establishing standardized operational guidelines.

• Define franchise criteria, processes, and support systems to ensure scalability and sustainability.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure franchise agreements and business models.

Operational Oversight & Standardization

• Oversee the existing service bay operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all service bay and car wash locations.

• Conduct audits and performance assessments to ensure operational excellence and service quality.

Car Wash Business Development

• Lead the development of Unioil’s car wash business by identifying new opportunities and enhancing current offerings.

• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements to develop the car wash franchise model.

Training & Development

• Create training programs to ensure consistency in operations and service quality across all locations.

• Collaborate with Retail Operations Team to develop learning modules for franchisees and service personnel.

Stakeholder Coordination & Relationship Management

• Serve as the main liaison between dealers, suppliers, and Unioil support groups.

• Negotiate contracts and partnerships with vendors to optimize supply chain and operational efficiency.

• Address and resolve franchisee concerns while fostering long-term business relationships.
