Description
- Perform routine maintenance on technical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Travel to client sites to provide on-site support.
- Implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Conduct performance tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and submit service reports and documentation.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to emergency service requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client experiences.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
- A graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any field related to the
- At least 2 years experience
- Has attended various accreditation programs related to
- Flexible and willing to work beyond working hours
- Can work with minimal or no supervision required
