Responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with sellers on our Landers Marketplace platform, ensuring seller success and optimizing their performance. Serves as the primary point of contact for merchants, providing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations to drive growth and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term merchant relationships.
  • Act as the primary contact person for merchant accounts.
  • Communicate with merchants to understand their needs and provide information on products and services.
  • Provide insights on the value of platform products and services.


Sales and Growth

  • Design campaign strategies to help achieve targets
  • Identify upsell, renewal, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Inform the sales department of potential business leads.
  • Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing advertisements with seller partners to increase product sales.


Product and Service Knowledge

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services that benefit sellers.
  • Provide recommendations to sellers on strategies for sales and growth.


Customer Experience and After-Sales Support

  • Ensure merchant partners maintain a high level of customer experience.
  • Improve after-sales processes and customer care.
  • Assist merchant partners with backend and operational issues.

Requisito

  • 3 years of experience in an a seller center marketplace platform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients or partners.
  • Experience in identifying and executing upselling, renewal, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address operational challenges.
  • Skilled in negotiation and securing favorable deals.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and support.


Key Deliverables:

  • Merchant Relationships: Strong, long-term relationships with seller partners.
  • Communication and Needs Understanding: Clear communication with sellers, understanding their needs, and providing product/service value.
  • Account Management: Serve as a key contact for seller accounts.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify upsell, renewal, and cross-selling opportunities and provide business leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services of Landers Marketplace to aid merchants.
  • Negotiation and Marketing Deals: Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing ads to increase product sales.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure seller partners maintain high customer experience.
  • After-Sales and Operational Support: Improve after-sales processes and assist with backend and operational issues.
