  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.

Requisito

  • Graduate of Office Administration or College Graduate; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with customer-facing roles
