What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative in Sales, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend the best flight options, packages, and services.
• Providing exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions and sales in our system.
• Collaborating with your team to create a high-energy and successful sales environment.
