Descripción

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing IT software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales with enterprise and SMB clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our software solutions to businesses in various industries.


Preferred:

  • Experience selling to industries such as finance, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project environments is a plus.
  • Network of existing B2B clients or industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and lead generation platforms.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to clients’ business needs.
  • Understand and articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our software solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to understand product updates and relay client feedback.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or IT solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex software products and how they solve business problems.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
