Sales Representative – Business Software

We’re looking for a Sales Representative who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and closer. Someone who can turn a client’s “we’re still using spreadsheets” into “we just went full ERP and it’s glorious.”


What You’ll Do (and do well):

  • Spot business opportunities like Sherlock with a LinkedIn account.
  • Dive into client pain points and actually listen before pitching.
  • Deliver demos that make tech feel magical (and slightly less scary).
  • Collaborate with tech teams so you don’t accidentally sell unicorns we don’t have.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships that aren’t just “Hey, quick follow-up…”


You Might Be the One If:

  • You’ve got at least 3 years of B2B solution sales under your belt (IT industry preferred, superhero cape optional).
  • You can break down complex tech into “aha!” moments.
  • You write killer proposals, ace presentations, and know when to close the deal (and when to walk away).
  • CRM tools don’t intimidate you. In fact, you kind of love updating them.
  • You’re curious, coachable, and maybe just a bit competitive (we like that).


Bonus XP If You Know:

  • ERP systems like Odoo or NetSuite (and don’t call them “apps”).
  • Cloud solutions that don’t involve actual clouds.
  • How to balance strategy with execution and still show up with a smile.
