Descrição:
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks and customer support.
- Coordinate sales activities and maintain CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Support sales presentations and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with various departments for smooth operations.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or coordination roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, presentations, and interpersonal communication. Strong analytical skills and expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales management are essential.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: A proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
