Descripción

We are looking for a candidate that have proven track record in automotive sales and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationship, and promoting the company’s products and services. If you have experienced in automotive sales, we want you to be part of our growing team.


  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and direct contact potential customers.
  • Provide expert advice to the customers on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct Vehicle presentation, test drives, and follow ups to close sales effectively.
  • Establish and maintain strong and long term relationship with customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
  • Meet the monthly and quarterly sales target set by the company.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow ups and closing of deals.
  • Up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to effectively sell vehicles.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle delivery and any after sales requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with other team members and management to achieve company sales goals.
  • Maintain the accurate records of all sales activities, customer interaction, and transactions.
  • Report on sales performance, customer feedbacks and market conditions.

Requisito

  • Must be a resident of Davao City
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales background with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales target.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and handling high value transactions.
  • Excellent communicating and negotiation skills.
  • Strong product knowledge of vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Proficient in using sales CRM and Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  •  Have a strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed.
  • Good moral character with focus of professionalism and ethical business practices.
  • Customer centric with a passion of providing exceptional service.
  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
