Descripción

Sales and Customer Service

  • Greet and engage customers professionally; assess their needs and recommend suitable kitchen equipment.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits, focusing on quality, durability, and performance.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and customer transactions accurately.
  • Upsell or cross-sell related products and accessories to meet client requirements.

Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending deals.
  • Maintain a client database and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Product Knowledge and Inventory

  • Stay updated on the specifications, features, and pricing of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, refrigerators, food processors).
  • Conduct product demos and explain maintenance instructions to clients.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics for product availability and delivery status.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Document client feedback and market trends to support business development.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and after-sales support.

Customer Care and Support

  • Handle post-sale inquiries, complaints, or returns professionally.
  • Coordinate with technical support or service departments for customer concerns.


Requisito

  • At least a high school graduate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably in kitchen appliances, homeware, or industrial equipment).
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, CRM tools).
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
