We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales and Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will manage client relationships, drive sales, and develop digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and achieve revenue goals.

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct product or service presentations tailored to client needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, email, search engines, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns using SEO, SEM, and analytics tools to improve performance.
• Monitor website traffic and online presence, generating actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Collaborative Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and goals.
• Assist in organizing online and offline events, webinars, or promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and results in CRM tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales and digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and a data-driven mindset to craft and evaluate marketing campaigns.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
