Descripción

Sales Support: Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and promptly.

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products or services.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.

Order Processing:

  • Coordinate order processing from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
  • Notify customers of order status, shipment details, and any relevant updates.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulations.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address inventory-related issues.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Provide administrative support during sales presentations and events.

Quota Tracking:

  • Assist in tracking sales team performance against quotas and targets.
  • Generate regular reports on sales metrics and performance.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to find solutions to challenges.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
