Descripción

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Executive to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in roles such as Accounts Executive, Sales, Business Development, or a similar roles. If you have experience working in the IT software industry, that’s a big plus!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to approach potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Requisito

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Executive, Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
  • Background in IT software or related industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate client schedules.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (combination of remote work and onsite/field assignments) around Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
