  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
  • Provide training and support to staff on safety standards
  • Analyze accident reports and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Promote a culture of safety within the organization
  • Respond to safety emergencies and incidents

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in safety management or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to conduct safety audits.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits; may require evening or weekend work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
