- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Must demonstrate strong operational management, quality control, and proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
