Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Analyze financial performance and drive profitability.
Foster a positive dining experience for guests.

Requisito

With 6-12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
With minimum of 3 years management experience
With leadership and team management skills
With customer service experience
With excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
With expert knowledge of restaurant operations
With strong communication skills
With knowledge of cash handling and POS operations
Adherent to quality control and food safety standards
Can work within Quezon City Area
