Source and attract potential candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requisito

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, people management, written communication, and social recruitment.
