  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Real Estate or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills; proficiency in real estate software.
  • Working Conditions: Flexible hours, primarily office-based but frequent fieldwork and client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
