DizLog is a leading SaaS provider of all-in-one POS and accounting cloud software for F&B, Retail, and Service businesses. Our platform enables seamless multi-device, multi-location, and multi-channel operations. We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in POS systems to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for POS applications across web, mobile, and hardware interfaces.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing for POS software.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and inconsistencies using bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and customer support teams to understand product requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure system stability and optimal user experience.
• Test payment gateway integrations, receipt printing, barcode scanning, and other hardware peripherals.
• Ensure compliance with local POS regulations, tax integrations (e.g., BIR, VAT compliance), and e-invoicing standards.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and gather client feedback to refine test cases.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, or similar tools) for increased efficiency.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year focused on POS systems.
• Hands-on experience with POS applications, payment processing, and retail software.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
• Experience testing cloud-based SaaS applications and API integrations.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware components like receipt printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in eCommerce, Retail, or F&B POS platforms.
