Descripción

Assist in the procurement of goods and services.
Assist in purchasing processes, manage inventory levels, vendor relations, and negotiate terms and pricing.
Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory levels.
Support the purchasing team with data entry and order processing.
Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing strategies.
Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in purchasing, inventory and vendor management, time management, and problem solving. Proficiency in canvassing and negotiating.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to vendors and warehouses.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and excellent communicator.
