Description
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure project timelines are met
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate work schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports
- Resolve site issues and implement solutions promptly
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in construction site management or project supervision.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage resources, ensure safety standards, and meet project deadlines.
- Working Conditions: On-site work in varying weather conditions, potential for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, leadership skills, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
