Descripción
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules;
- Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, feedback, and training;
- Enforce quality standards and ensure products meet required specifications;
- Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and adherence to company policies;
- Manage personnel to optimize production efficiency;
- Effectively communicate with team members, Production Manager and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences;
Requisito
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide clear instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to identify and resolve production issues, analyze data, and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite.
- Typically requires more than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing set-up.
