Technology solutions consultant and architect. He or she will be responsible for providing IT solutions to customers. Able to identify the pain points of the customer and come up with effective and cost efficient solutions. Must have knowledge of IT infrastructure and Security in general and have a clear vision of emerging technologies to help the customer succeed.

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Identify client problems, processing and business drivers and understand the context and constraints under which they operate.
• Provide competent technical support to come up with a complete and efficient IT infrastructure for customers.
• Responsible for defining and specifying technical requirements, propose and present solutions, and support the implementation process.
• Provide technological guidance to new and potential Partner, e.g. Product demo and workshop.
• Solve and create solutions to business problems faced by clients.
• Provide a level of support that caters from small to enterprise-based architectures that require hardware, software and system solutions. These includes planning, configuration, installation, administration and development.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering

Experience:

• At least 2 to 5 years of Presales experience
