Description

  • Provide optimum support to President/ EA pertaining to store operations and managing marketing activities that lead to the development of investment positioning, sales ideas and sales increase.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management - The operations supervisor ensures that the machines and equipment in the store are always in good condition.
  • Budget Management – She sees to it that operations budget is met at all times (manpower, expenses, Break-even sales etc). Financial Statement know how is a must.
  • Operational Strategizing - the operations supervisor plays a key role in chalking out the overall operational policy. She sees to it that operation is running smoothly.
  • Marketing – Plan, conceptualize and direct the implementation of Marketing strategies, plans and projects to enhance company’s image and realize sales and profitability targets for all services categorize according to business plan.

Marketing

  • Create SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis

1. Monitoring of Marketing collaterals and store referrals

Operations 

  • Ensure a smooth operational procedure and supervision of staff inside the store through systematic selling, cashiering, processing of store's transactions, and accurate sales reporting to Management as well as to contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company by providing quality customer and support services.
  • a. Monitor systematic and smooth operational procedure and zero incident of customer complaints by providing good quality service inside the store
  • b. Develop operations procedure/system in order to achieve a high sales growth and profitability by attaining the required or above sales target of each store.
  • c. Plan, organize, lead, and control operations of all stores in terms of quality customer service, sales growth, housekeeping, and public relations.
  • d. Manage number of staffs based on daily sales (manpower productivity)
  •  e. Direct and coordinate company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
  •  f. Researching and reporting on external opportunities
  • g.  Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
  • h. Ensures proper maintenance of store premises and facilities
  • i. Management of the marketing mix - Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
  • j. Officer-in-Charge
  • k. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • l. Customer Complaints/Crisis Team Leader
  • m. Subasta monitoring (Store Items, MLJC’s Items)

  • a. Sales Report Consolidation ( Daily, weekly, monthly)

  • · Schedule collection of items over 90 days for subasta
  • · Print all stores for endorsement to OM
  • e. Inventory of Supplies (Operations)
  • · Check Monitoring and Recording of Incoming and Outgoing of Inventory Supplies
  • · Check Stock Card Monitoring
  • · Check Files of Incoming and Outgoing
  • f. Final Checking of the following:
  • · Transfer of Jobs
  • · Piece Rate Salary Computation
  • · Store Referral/Pay-Outs
  • g. Weekly Store Visit
  • · Store Audit (Submit Store Visit Report)
  • · Actual Sales for the day vs JO/OR
  • · Account Receivables
  • · Sewer Production Report
  • · Back Jobs
  • · Store Cleanliness/Uniform of Employees
  • · Get feedback from Client.
  • h. Monthly SC Meeting
  • · Do AR’s
