Checks and processes lease/loan transactions to ensure completeness of documentation and compliance with approved structure of the lease/loan and with company policies.
Prepares all necessary lease/loan documents to facilitate processing and registration of assets.
Monitors completion of lease/loan documentary requirements to ensure timely processing. Conducts follow ups with clients/suppliers as necessary.
Processes payment to suppliers or clients for purchased equipment/vehicle within the prescribed payment date.
Prepares monthly reports to monitor pending lease/loan transactions.
Maintains/Safekeeps lease/loan documents in the vault.
Assist in the performance of periodic reviews on the company’s operating systems to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor and ensure that all business functions being implemented in accordance with company policies and operating procedures as the management oversight over the first line.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably BSBA major in Operations Management
With 1 year experience as Operations Assistant, preferably in financing industry but not required
Proactive, keen on details, computer literate, and service-oriented
