Descripción

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Online Sales Specialist to drive online revenue through effective digital sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, engaging with customers via digital platforms, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that convert to sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Manage inbound leads and sales inquiries through e-commerce platforms, email, chat, and social media.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Provide product recommendations, answer customer questions, and resolve sales-related issues.
  • E-commerce Management
  • List, update, and optimize product listings across online sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, company website).
  • Monitor product inventory, pricing, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Assist in planning and executing online sales promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and report on sales metrics, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for sales growth based on customer feedback and analytics.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on digital campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment or logistics team to ensure timely delivery of online orders.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with CRM systems, online store platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.


Preferred Skills:

  • SEO and digital advertising knowledge (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, or Etsy.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
