  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, review and edit medical documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems effectively.
  • Review and edit documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide timely and efficient support to documentation processes.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Associate's degree or higher in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related fields.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in healthcare documentation or medical transcription.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in medical terminology, strong attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
