Conceptualize and execute innovative multimedia designs for events, including videos, animations, interactive installations, and branding materials.
Develop visually compelling graphics and illustrations for print, digital, and social media to support event marketing and branding.
Design and implement interactive elements such as touchscreen displays and virtual reality experiences to enhance audience engagement.
Collaborate with design, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
Stay updated on emerging multimedia trends and technologies, incorporating new techniques to push creative boundaries.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and aesthetic.
Work closely with writers, Associate Design Head, Design Head, Creative Director, and Core Teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
Take responsibility for final artwork (FA) production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with client specifications.
Lead and mentor junior multimedia designers, providing guidance to enhance creative output.
Innovate new creative strategies to boost audience engagement and brand awareness.
Conceptualize and develop branding elements for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in multimedia design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign.
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design work.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
