Descripción

  • Responds to membership enquiries via phone call and email
  • Process membership requests including updating of account details, cancellation, merger of accounts and more
  • Coordination with Finance on membership rebate adjustment
  • Tracking of monthly active and expired accounts
  • Checking and testing of membership campaign set-ups
  • Set-up of push notifications, SMS and EDM blast
  • Filtering of weekly exception reports
  • Managing reports for membership analysis and/or rewards

Requisito

  • Possesses initiative to continually improve own self
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest to understand company’s direction and objectives
  • Always ready to accept new challenges and job scope
  • Ability to follow through tasks briefed and projects assigned
  • Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Efficient communication with fellow colleagues, external departments and suppliers
  • Works well in a team as well as independently
  • Fast thinker and understand instructions easily
